I grew up watching some prime anti-drug PSAs in the late 80s and early 90s, the best one had 'Snake' - a funky fresh drug dealer encouraging kids to do drugs. The whole "drugs are evil" message was sort of lost after he began morphing into a really cool snake/man hybrid, suggesting that drug dealers have cool snake powers and crack cocaine could give you these powers as well.
I still look for Snake in the sketchy downtown alleys to this day. I want snake powers. :(

Wow, this is beyond awesome.
I watched this several times already. The Hobo song gets catchier every time I hear it. I would be laughing my butt off if a hobo all a suddens takes a poop at a corner like that.

hands down the biggest laugh id had in 6 years. now either a i dont laugh much or at all, or b this shit was fuckin classic. may this film go down in the history of man kind, for being the best anti-crack message. also the best pro-crack message. and to be used for cultural reference, like saved by the bell was for americans, and 1978's sword master for china. yes people all flew around in silk dresses and wielded swords and mythical powers in china back in then.
Thanks so much! It's people like you that make me want to keep animating homeless people defecating on the street. Tell your dad!
