I made Reimagine coz I was bored
SInce then my popularity's soared
But then it'll plummet
At Flash Gaming Summit
When I lose the Mochis award

Reimagine first greets you with faceless celebrity caricatures hopping around the sides of a square, as you realize the GRAVITY of the situation. Everything around you... is part of the game.

From Super Meat Dress, to Double Rainbow Double Jumps, to The Bieber Booty Call, to iPad iGravity, to Groundbreaking Earthquakes, to Apple-ture Science ...

... To MUSICAL PARODIES such as Somewhere Are Double Rainbows, Tik Locke, and EMIN3M BIEB3R...
... To the twelve-ish cutscenes of animated havoc and hilarity...
... To the nine-ish minutes of original soundtrack...
... To the twelve medals that artificially create replay value...

... And to YOU.
The more challenges you complete, the more you can customize your own character in the CHARACTER MAKER. When all the challenges are done, you can play AS YOURSELF. IN. THE. GAME. ...And you realize...

Everything about the game... is part of you.

Selling Out: The Game

Let me start by saying that it gives me no pleasure to write a negative review for this game. The animation was very skilled, and I did like the puns. I really was a fan of :The Game: and Replaying :The Game:, which is perhaps part of the reason why I'm so disappointed in this one.
First of all, it was really glitchy. In one level I died several times because my character kept jumping through the walls. Sometimes the cutscenes wouldn't play properly, and the controls and physics system just felt sloppily thrown together. I honestly think you should have stuck to just jumping off the platform, like in the previous games in the series. You can hardly pay attention to the jokes when you're focusing on beating the level, and this issue was just compounded by the bugginess.
Also: the advertisements. I was almost shocked that you interrupted the game right in the middle to throw ads at me - which I then had to watch again, because due to the aforementioned glitchiness, the game would freeze when they came up. I'm sorry, but it's completely unacceptable that in a game that takes 10 minutes to beat, you interrupt it not once but twice to show advertisements, on top of the ads at the beginning of the game. If your sponsors were really giving you that much, I would have at least expected the game to have less bugs.
Finally, the humor was lazy and uncreative. You stuck to all the easy targets - Facebook and Justin Bieber? Double Rainbow, seriously? Even you seemed to admit in the game that the internet memes were getting stale. In "Replaying" the humor was way more intelligent and diverse - you even made chemistry jokes, and managed to make them actually funny. Now, in this game, I feel like I'm wading through a sea of last year's pop culture references.

You're better than this. You can make a better game.

Might want to re-imagine your re-imagination.

I'll start off positive. The humor has not gone. You, sir, are a comedic genius.
Coding? Not so much.
Shoddy, shoddy platforming. Now, I haven't the faintest idea as to how to code a platformer in Flash, but I can do so with other programs, and let me tell you, it is VERY easy. There were too many glaring flaws in the platforming of this game to list.
Horrid controls. OH MY GOD. Many problems here. It would often lag for button pressing, so when I pressed a button (or stopped pressing a button) it would continue as if I had done no such thing. For a few seconds, which, in a platformer, is huge. Also, it would sometimes act as if I had hit a button I did not.
THE SPACE BAR. In LOST :The game: (Which, incidentally, made more sense than the show ;D) I had to mash the space bar four times in a row to transform. It then proceeded to screw me over again in BP :the game:.
Level design. The horrible, horrible level design. It was OK at first, then got marginal, then bad, then horrid. It got so bad in the second Appleture Science level that I had to QUIT. (Though I did enjoy watching Steve Jobs die repeatedly)
Icky graphics. Not a major complaint, but they looked a lot nicer the way they were. I did like the Order of the Stick-like Portal posters, though.

-Humor (Appleture science... Heh.)
-Space bar

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll have to go play the first two :game:s to wash the horrid memory of this game from my brain.

The Rainbow Level

Ruined the game for me. How the heck are you supposed to get past the spike ball?
