I made Reimagine coz I was bored
SInce then my popularity's soared
But then it'll plummet
At Flash Gaming Summit
When I lose the Mochis award

Reimagine first greets you with faceless celebrity caricatures hopping around the sides of a square, as you realize the GRAVITY of the situation. Everything around you... is part of the game.

From Super Meat Dress, to Double Rainbow Double Jumps, to The Bieber Booty Call, to iPad iGravity, to Groundbreaking Earthquakes, to Apple-ture Science ...

... To MUSICAL PARODIES such as Somewhere Are Double Rainbows, Tik Locke, and EMIN3M BIEB3R...
... To the twelve-ish cutscenes of animated havoc and hilarity...
... To the nine-ish minutes of original soundtrack...
... To the twelve medals that artificially create replay value...

... And to YOU.
The more challenges you complete, the more you can customize your own character in the CHARACTER MAKER. When all the challenges are done, you can play AS YOURSELF. IN. THE. GAME. ...And you realize...

Everything about the game... is part of you.

You can reset a level through the Pause Menu, (Press P) as well as Mute, and change Quality.

And if you're still stuck after a minute of trying, don't worry, press S+K to skip the level.
It will still be there next time you come back. Waiting. Plotting. Calculating your next move, silently.

EDIT: Misc fixes, and added two new unlockable Faces: Creeper & ZALGO.
EDIT: Level puzzles have been simplified, and character's walking speed is faster.
EDIT: You can press S+K to Skip Level after a minute of trying, because... well...
EDIT: Skip Cutscene button, misc fixes, and also FLUTTERSHY and RARITY in MCFDA12-8 and CharMaker.
EDIT: Portal Gun for the Character Maker... I can't believe I FORGOT that.

In reply to your review, yes; the jokes are overused. The point of the game is that it's making fun of overused jokes.

As for the glitchiness, I feel that it adds more character to The Boss. If you were actually ABLE to see the second intermission, you would see that The Boss is depicted with evil black circles for eyes, a long, smoker-like tongue, and intentionally-broken graphics. Also notice the broken text.

Would've rated this an eight IF IT WEREN'T FOR THOSE GODDAMN PONIES.

You go though long annoying levels where you die all the time for a little chuckle at the end. I miss the old GAME.

Good, but frustrating.

The humour and animation was top of the line, but some of the levels were just so rediculously frustrating. I'm not sure whether it was lag on my part of some kind of glitch with the program, but usually the problem was either the game either not interpreting my button presses at all, or interpreting my button presses for several seconds after I pressed it, causing me to run or jump off a platform.

The lever where you were controling Obama and Bush(?) was frustrating because it took way too many tries to get the second character onto the first one, due to the rediculously small platform and the character's tendancy to bounce into the other one then rocket off back into the water.

And the Lost level was annoyingly frustrating because Space meant both Jump and Turn Into Black Smoke Thing, and the character chose whatever it wanted to do seemingly at random, which left me (during the last time trial bit) jumping up a few times before turning into the Black Smoke Thing, which lost the level for me.

And I had to S+K the end level at the Justine Bieber/Edward Cullen part because I'd had enough with fucking it up.

At the end of the day, I didn't have much fun. The frustration of the platforming and controls outweighed the rest of the game; the music, the animation, the art, and the homour, all of which were good, don't get me wrong. Great, even. But the gameplay, especially during the last 1/3 of the game, killed it for me.

Lame, and boring

The game is weird.
It's different, pointles, and not only that it is a time waster.
I only played it for the medals.
Maybe you could make it harder? Or something of the sort, because it was just BORING, and the little commentaries in the achs thing at the beginning was lame.
You could add some more interesting music, or make it harder, or make it so there was a way to FAIL the levels!

If I were to base this off your game design alone, you did brilliantly, enjoyed pretty much all the levels no matter how difficult they were. So much so I completed the whole time-consuming game, pretty neat, huh?

If I were to base this off your humor (which :The Game: series hasn't disappointed me with up to this point)- shockingly bad. I would have thought someone of your standard wouldn't have to steep so low to gain some praises from prepubescent children. Memes, memes and more memes, frankly I might have enjoyed the sarcastic dick jokes you seemed so intent on steering away from more.

I do enjoy your witty crossovers such as Lady Gaga/Meat boy - Steve Jobs/Portal and found the Wikileaks level pretty funny in its own lonely way.

Stick to what you do best, pop culture references, chuckle-worthy one liners, political jokes and entertainment parodies. Because the other stuff didn't work for me.

Aside from this.

The soundtrack/effects is/are very nice, I noticed a reappearing sound effect that was miraculously similar to one in World of Goo. Whether it was taken from that or not it made me want to go back and play one of my favorite games so thanks for that.

There were a few bugs you may or may not want to pound out, prominent one was being flung through walls. Final unlockable is entertaining but I didn't fancy going through all the levels again because of it. But I suppose it would be a pretty cool thing to come back to, providing I ignore the attempted funnybone-tickling.

In short, good design, bad humor, I'm interested in seeing the next in the series as long as it doesn't contain the same bad-taste that this one left me with. If you're making one.
