Dreadful
Unfortunately this was just awful. It seems to me that you just submitted this just to bother people, since obviously this has nothing to do with Naruto. The drawing and voice acting wasn't all that bad. But that aside you could have done a whole lot better I'm sure, if you were just serious...

Well...
The animation was decent and the drawings were colorful and fun to look at... however, it lacked an actual plot and seemed more like a test. The voice acting wasn't superb, either, nothing wrong with the actor's voice, however he just needed more work in executing it.
I'm not gonna give this a 0 only because the animation was alright. If this was just some sort of test thing... please don't upload it on Newgrounds. Save it for YouTube or your own website.

This was pretty terrible sorry to say.
I have no idea why you wrote Naruto when they looked more like Tenchu or Ninja Gaiden.
The only joke was lame, sorry but I think you could've come up with either better animation/art work or at least a good joke.
Think this needs total rework or start something new
