Game Jam April 2011!

The Theme of this game Jam was Handicaps...

Mine was I could only use 3 colors...

RED
BLUE
AND YELLOW!

So forgive me... but you'll be seeing a lot of them.

This is a Top Down Shooter

Keys are...

AWSD: Move
Arrow Keys: Turn and SHOOT! (MASH ON UP TO FIRE FASTER)
Space: RUN!

Don't bother turning your speakers up, there's no sound in this game. I wish I could have added sound but there just wasn't enough time.

Hope you guys enjoy now if you'll excuse me I haven't slept in two days, literally I am stuggling to type this with otut erreer...

Nighty Nighty.

*EDIT*

YAHOO!!! Front Page, THANKS TOM!

No...

Not good. Hate it.

Very interesting.

The lack of in-game sound is interesting. The controls were a bit hard at first, but then I got used to it. Because it is all on the keyboard, the pitter-patter of the keyboard gives the game sound. I find the controls to be the interesting twist to the generic top down shoot'em up.

Lack of sound hurts it

The thing I did not like was how there was no sound in this. That being said, it was actually well designed for a game that was made in a fairly short amount of time. I was thinking it would be something about changing the colors but it wasn't. Who knew there was a game where the WASD and arrow keys had different functions? It took some getting used to, but I well, got used to it. It actually made some sound effects for itself with how the keyboard worked.

You have to kill and collect everything or else you can't advance. Once you get the hang of it, you should be able to pick off most enemies. They do not all come at the same time, so pace yourself for them. I liked the omission of the dark lines so you let the colors show how it works. While not much design, still fun to play.
