Our handicap was that all graphics had to be created OUTSIDE of flash.
We went with a hand drawn and scanned, classic retro feel.
Everything was created in 72 hours.
The story was written in 72 hours.
The art was done in 72 hours.

it was good
but no negative consequence for killing the groundskeeper? i gotta dock a point for that. it also would have been nice to skip to the first choice after you start over... anyway. it was good. id like to see more maybe.

You spelled Manor wrong.
But I love the art style, as well as the story. I actually found it quite amusing, if not cliche'd at times. You handled the handicap well.
I noticed that,. Maybe I'll fix it.

But, for the most part, worth it for the great story.
I liked most all of the endings, but the out of this world ending was my favorite. Especially when he says," Mittens will never believe me" Or something along those lines...I can't quite remember. Anyway, Good game!

Wished it was longer! XD
Great game. I like the mystery and the WTF? mouments. Radioactive chickens, evil smurfs, gardener somehow living, jumping into holes, etc. The starting form the beginning was somewhat annoying but tolerable sense the game was short. Hope to see another, longer game like this. :D
But the game didn't answer one important question. Did Mittens ever go to Mexico? :(
The Sequel will be "Mittens goes to Mexico" and will explain everything.
Just kidding,
The next game will have a, longer, better plot, similar art style, but MUCH more interactivity, but no relation to this story.
