This one wasn't really as funny as the ones before it. the ones before were a lot funnier and really this one just didn't make me laugh much at all. Im still looking forward to other stories you want to do though.

Hah! I think this is probably the funniest. Perhaps you didn't like it because it was a lesser known story. They dont teach this one much in church I bet (without some heavy editing).

your improving

I like how your using more actual text then the others. Overall I think its one of your best yet. I think the whole erection-in-robe thing could of been done a bit better though, its the only part I didnt really chuckle at. Honestly, if thats the only criticism I can give you, you made a good short. Good luck w/ the future series.

That joke was added during the animation process, and I think it was a bit unexpected, so I dont see how you couldn't at least get a giggle from it. Unless you've just seen way too many erections in your time on Newgrounds - which is possible. Yes, this one was much heavier on the text, but that was mostly because it was a longer story in the bible than the rest.

if you are having difficulty coming up with new episodes... well, here:
"Ezekiel 23:20
20 There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses."
have fun :)

Trust me. I'm not having any problems. It seems each story I read in the bible is more insane than the last. I'm amazed they give this book to kids (They probably know they'll never actually read it, so no harm done).

Funny and intelligent interpretation!

This is an excellent take on the bible story. As you have already noted, it follows the original quite faithfully.
It seems god doesn't view fraud as a sin, especially since he/she seems to be quite the fraudster him/herself. Time for me to go con my self some old rich lady. Ohhh yeeaaah!!!

Some christians have told me that Jacob was a favorite of God, so he didn't mind the deception. So the moral is - if God really likes you, you can lie, cheat, and steal.

This was a very funny take on the Esau & Jacob story in the Bible. However, please don't take it so seriously as the author only took half of the whole story and animated it.

Esau actually SOLD his birthright to Jacob before the events of this story take place, but it does make for a more messed up story if you only read the last half of it.

Mmm... I'm not sure. I do know that Esau was tricked by his brother Jacob and then made a slave by his father. Esau was very upset over the whole ordeal and swore to kill Jacob afterwards. I believe God separated them, as to protect Jacob.
