Hay guys!
Here's the shooter I've been working on for a while, hope ya enjoy it.

Mouse/Arrow Keys: Movement
Z/Click: Main Weapon: Fast but weak.
X/Double-Click: Sub Weapon: Powerful but charges slowly.
C/Space: Bomb: Clears the screen.
Shift: Focus: Slows down your movement and shows hitbox.
P/Esc: Pause

If the game runs slowly, turn off the graphics stuff in the options.
Also, if you experience any problems with the keys sticking, just use mouse controls instead.

Can't stop playing!

Also,
@FlashofGenius:
I have touhou on my computer, I can play hard if i try my hardest and just barely make it using all continues. And in that game, the bullets dissapear after defeating a boss. But, even though, those "flaws" are not a problem. I can easily focus well enough to avoid being "doomed". Maybe it's just a preference rather than a flaw. practice?
Also, really? the crab boss? I had no problem beating it or getting around its waves of bullets.

Anyway, the upgrades for this game add a very nice, "chance" at winning. like I said, i can barely play HARD mode on Touhou, so I can feel the satisfaction of being given a chance. I like how it's still challenging as fuck even after all the upgrades. has a lot of replay value and that's never bad. I'm interested to see another shooter or bullet hell game, specifically, coming from you.

I'm going to assume that those who say that 3-hearts challenge is easy either upgraded everything else, or else I'm simply bad at this kind of game. I decided to challenge myself with no upgrades at all, but was forced to give up after many fruitless attempts of beating the second boss. Still not allowing myself to upgrade anything but the reloading speed and character magnetism, though.
I think this is my favorite Bullet Hell game so far, and I have the feeling that even if I start buying professionally made ones, I'll come back to this every once in a while. I've always had a soft spot for that mix of anime and western cartoonish style drawings, and the enemies are interestingly designed. (What is a cat doing on a huge crab? Did they fuse together like Paras and that mushroom on its back?) The way different kinds of bullets blend and overlap each other justify the "heaven" in the game's title - if the frame rate's low enough I often take a glance to look at it instead of watching my step.
The music is also great and fitting the settings of different stages, although I would have preferred there to be a more dramatic song for the final boss, considering the boss' title.
Thank you for creating this, Matt and Falcon.

Addictive

This game...yeah, it kept me occupied for a long time. That's really good, keeping me occupied when I was supposed to do, say, my English hw. But this game isn't perfect. I agree with a lot of points that the guy below me did. The Bosses can be pretty ridiuclous with the paterns at the begining, and it's impossible to get through some levels without luck and/or route memorization. I appreciated the lag (SLO-MO ACTION :D), but dodging a bunch of bullets is a pain when you can't tell what sizes the hitboxes are. I kind liked the mouse controls, but arrows are a lot better for close evasion like this. Good job, but there's still room for improvement.
