When I first viewed this, I wasn't aware it was by Caxx and Redminux. The influence is obvious in hindsight and I'm surprised I missed it. In this case however, I think it's better than their modern work. There's something about the way it was done, combined with the humor and drawing style.

My favorite part was Morrigan laughing her ass off at Modok because honestly...I laugh at him too. Every time I see his stupid big head in MVC3 I laugh my ass off. He's like the most worthless character in the entire game.
I also liked Tron Bonne, but hey...Tron kicks ass.
