Clarence's Big Chance is a silly game where you play as an ugly, middle-aged virgin who's finally managed to get a date for the first time in his life. He doesn't want to mess it up, but he also has to go through his daily routine!
So you need to jump around platforms in four large levels, collecting items in order to make a better impression on the girl at the end.
There are five endings; the one you get is determined by how many items you collect, and whether you say the right things during the date at the end!

wasted idea.

that was way too boring and tedious, i'm so sick of playing this after 10 minutes of jumping around some ridiculous maze of a house.

Had a lot of fun but far too long.

This game was entertaining for a while, but then I was just playing it to see it through to the end, everything felt like a real chore.

If it'd have just been the house then meeting your date that'd have been enough for a simply platforming flash game really because by that point you've really exhausted all there is to do.

Nice job though

I love this!!!

It's go earthbounish graphics, a silly Mario movement, covered in hilarity and pity! Awesome without end.

At first, the story and gameplay didn't look very interesting - but once I started playing I was stuck. Just completed it, and realized it's almost midnight.

Quite long, but satisfying

I got the best ending I could possibly achieve. So, that was good. It was also (rather) generous of you to let players get best ending without achieving 100% affection (I got around 85~90%). That would've been really hard for me D:

Also, I like how girls actually don't fit the stereotype that we (assuming you are a male) think it's appropriate. So, that was pretty clever :D

Also, I gotta hand it to grunt247 for his protip. I should have known about it before I started D: Seriously, don't eat them together. You really get sick in real life.
