This game was a labor of love. When I was a kid I used to play all of these text adventures and I really enjoyed them. So I wanted to make one myself, and I did. I also filled it full of colorful art to help keep it interesting. I know not everyone is going to like this, and I don't care. I made it for fun and if just a few people enjoy it then it was all worth it. Thanks guys, stay cool.

Notes ----------
The game autosaves any time you enter a new room, so don't worry about saving
Melee combat is automatic, just like in the old days of text games and muds. Spells however must be manually cast by the player.
If you find a relic, you can equip/dequip them under 'Equipment'
There are five Relics in the game.

Steelcurse is a RPG text based game. It really reminded me of muds I have played in the past. No problem with the controls. Steelcurse is a fun game to explore until you finally finish it.

This game is fanstastic. Fantastic art, nice gameplay. Everything is great until those black spires and dust dragon encounter. I mean, come on, 34 misses in a row?! This game would be a gem but my last 40 minutes of gameplay is one big miss-fest and it's making it barely playable for me :( I would give 5 stars, but I have to give just 3

Haven't beat this game yet, but it's well worth the play. I do have to complain about the character art, which isn't bad at all, but it does feel somewhat limited. During character generation, I felt more like I had to settle for a picture, rather than choose one. And we also have that auto-combat thing, but that's more of a pet peeve of mine... I do, however like how each attribute has an immediately noticeable effect, and the story's shaping up quite well.

This game's a solid 9/10.

Amazing game again. I feel that once you got in the higher levels it got a lot more difficult, but maybe I just sucked. The art is amazing as always, and I love the mercenary story. The wizard boss made me question if he was a villain but in the end he was just evil.
