Nice work

It's very good but a little rough around the edges. The dropping animation is kinda...well....should probably accelerate when dropping. Also, when paused and you hit "Resume Game", it clicks whatever tile was under that. A re-click to deselect would be nice. Timer feels a little fast. Also, shouldn't the score requirement for each round go up each round? Even if just a little? Anyway, it doesn't start knocking stuff out until nothing is moving, meaning you can start swapping multiple things and they'll all go, and if one does something, they all stay. (Just make so only one set can swap at a time, I think.) Anyway, I think you should also make runes swap a little quicker.

Those are just my thoughts/suggestions, but I think the most important thing is the name. "Runes1"? Sounds like a test for something...
