This film was completed before I started work on Tarboy, and I figured it was about time I packaged and released it. It was my third year animation project in college and the first larger scale short film I completed. It was also the first project completed that Hania and I collaborated on.
The production of this was an absolute nightmare to say the least. Working on this project was the reason I decided to do Tarboy completely in Flash.
My overall pipeline for animation looked something like this: 1.Draw images on paper. 2. Scan into Photoshop for digital paint. 3. Bring into morphing software for head turns 4. Export into Flash for character animation. 5. Export into After Effects for compositing. 6. Export into Premier for Editing.
I'm thinking this will receive a mixed response, but at this stage I'm glad it's finally out.

Woah...
Yep, this is now officially my favorite submission of the year. While there was not much for narrative, the animation in this was just unfathomably beautiful. It makes me want to watch it over and over to understand its true meaning. It just goes to show that you, jameslee03 are truly a master of flash. I seriously had no idea anybody could make something this good in flash! Every single second there is strong meaning with perfect animation synched up.
It kind of reminded me of the stuff by Jhonen Vasquez, only more colorful. It just goes to show that you don't need to be famous to make truly impressive animation. The atmosphere was fantastic and so were the music and sound effects. It's a wonderfully dark piece that makes us stare into our minds and souls. The bonus features go to links outside the website, in case anyone wants to know.

Great animation-
Great music,but the plot seemed kinda foggy...maybe because of the lack of visible plot developement/depiction..i love how at times it seemed like professional 3d cg..it somewhat reminds me of 9...just the murky/dusty style mixed with symphonic audio...heheh...who knows?spielburg may pick it up and stretch it out for an hour and a half.

Some people don't undrestend thiece flash thats why low score :(
Cause many of people don't love to think... thay better love some stupid humor or flash where no sense like MvC3: Iron Man - its ***** ****... not funny,no graphic,no sense.
