Gentlemen's guide to Sushi.
I made this infographic for my motion graphics class, it took about two weeks to do. This was inspired by japanese design, pop art, cooking games, and other wonderful, quirky art forms.
This was made in about 2 or so weeks. MAD props to YChang for voicing the readings; he's the best. Go get him to voice your stuff.

Not overly-detailed nor does it have an irritating voice like most informational videos I've seen. Well, that was a fine job.

That was a extremely useful flash cartoon.
It covered all the serious points about eating sushi, what it contains and what the health risks can be. Puffer fish fugu is one of the rarer types of sushi fish used due to how poisonous it can be... you'll find that most sushi bars outside of japan actually refuse to use such in their cooking due to the risks of poisoning. Also in regards to the mercury, that is highly true and so it is often recommended that you avoid eating too much of certain types of fish.
All in all, your infographic covered every one of the points (and I'm glad you detailed the fat and other things, I'm trying to make a diet work XD ). All in all, great flash, hope you make infographics about other types of food too.
