I let my mind wander while creating this animation and let it go wherever it needed to go. I hope you guys enjoy it

Just to let you guys know a little bit about this project, this was my first attempt at flash animation. I had to follow a few rules for the class that I made this for. For one thing, I was allowed to do a parody, but it had to be different enough from the source material. The reason why the lack of detail leaves something to be desired is that I had a bit of an issue with the computer I was using at college. If I added any more detail, my frame rate would have suffered.

Confusing

There doesn't seem to be much of a story there even though this is a parody.
As far as story goes; why are we supposed to relate to the guy with the briefcase. Who were the zombie killers, and what was in his briefcase?

I would have loved to see the zombie walk when he faces the camera. It would have made him more dynamic.

The music is highly distracting. Next time, try to find something more fluid.

disneyfanatic13 responds:

Thank you for your comments, they are quite helpful. The man with the briefcase is supposed to be the everyman. He is meant to reflect what the viewer might think and do in this situation.

The "zombie killers" were a local militia. As the lead character would not have stopped to ask who they were, the viewer should not know their identities. They died quickly anyway.

As for what's up with the briefcase, I left it unexplained to be a bit of a cliffhanger. It will be explained in the next episode.

Some people liked the music, while others did not. I might make it less distracting in the sequel.

...

Unless you plan to considerably change everything, I don't think you should even think about making a sequel... throughout the whole thing my face was suck in the "what the fuck am I watching" position, your story line sucks (mainly because you don't have one) the animation is annoying, the music was just a bunch of midi's... try using something from here music wise... and what was with the starfox thing? that made even less sense then any of the other crap... write a story board, and a script and follow them, otherwise just do what everyone else here does and make a purely random flash that makes no sense but is full of meme's... you're sure to get some laughs that way...

Meh

The lack of sound effects and sense this makes made the movies lack of detail and fluidity jump out at me.

disneyfanatic13 responds:

Thank you for the constructive criticism. I can now take into account what you think needs to be improved. I hate it when people just say " this sucks!" I plan on making a sequel and I will keep all of these comments in mind.

Fox, do a barrel roll!!

The ending credits music continues as the vid loops. Add a menu/title screen with play button.

disneyfanatic13 responds:

Thanks for bringing the looping issue to my attention. It should be fixed now. There is a setting on you account that you can change to add a play button to all movie that you view. That's what I use.
