You've got motion tweens, now try shape tweening..

Moving two primitives around isn't very interesting BUT if you start to shape tween them, you can have a lot of fun while making it more interesting.

Try making distinct shapes starting from a square and then bending/stretching the different corners/points around, make new points by holding down the alt key while clicking on the line and then make a shape tween in the timeline.
