OK, as a video game programmer myself, I have to say a few things.
First, this game is 100% coded by KChamp. He coded this all by himself, no one else.
Second, You can't just go to Pocket Tanks, click C, and all of the code for the game is copied. You cannot see the coding for that game. If this was a rip-off, he would have the exact same coding, which is impossible.
Third, as users have already said, Pocket Tanks has no online like this. That means that this is not a copy, it is in fact KChamp's game. Of course he used the same weapons. It's very hard to get ideas for new weapons, and some will ALWAYS be used in tank games, such as "Grenade" or "Shot".
In conclusion, KChamp has every right to pronounce this as HIS game. Although it has many similarities to Pocket Tanks, this game is 100% made by him.
