Regarding save files: PLEASE ensure that you allow flash the proper amount of filespace to properly save the game. Right click go to SETTINGS > LOCAL STORAGE > and move it up to 10MB or Unlimited to ensure there are no issues. Thanks!

Pestilence Z is a zombie survival turn-based RPG with hours of gameplay and content. This includes 3 playable characters with 3 specialization trees each, 5 unique enemy AI zombie types with 9 full zombie animation sets, 60 detailed and immersive maps, including 8 secret maps, compiled from a set of 600+ unique tiles, 100s of searchable items and over 602 possible different equipable items. Pestilence Z features a deep, engaging combat system to battle through the zombie mobs as you fight for survival. This is the first episode of the series of three and includes 5 missions. Pestilence Z also features several minutes of cinematic animation and an original sound track to drive the compelling story of the outbreak's origin.

[UPDATE]

About Zombie Movement and Walls: We understand people's dislike of this, however it is not a glitch or laziness. Much beta testing was done over this matter and ultimately we decided to allow zombies free movement over the map. Due to the zombie's movement restriction (one tile), this was the only way to keep a level of depth and strategy during movement in the world.

About Accuracy: Many factors attribute to overall accuracy: First, smaller zombies are harder to hit and larger zombies are easier to hit, certain guns have reduced accuracy at longer range, obviously the vet is the most accurate and the jock is the least accurate.

More pls

As far as gameplay is concerned, I've only tried playing as the Vet. Spamming 1-1-1, 2-1-1, 3-1-1 and 4-1-1 can get monotonous but the hidden items keep the game interesting. The graphics were pretty good but I can't tell if the zombies had any unique characteristics, other than the spitters, fat zombies, child zombies and the soldier zombies. As for the boss, we need more. It helps break the monotony, so it would be nice to see one just before every cut scene.

I really enjoyed the game.
I was going to rate it 10 when I unlocked the Wild Swing skill...
OMG ! Spending 4 Skill points for doing 2 damage to adjacent Zombies, when I strike at 40 on the aimed one ? Oo
You should set this at at least 25% of the damage done on the aimed Zombie...

Anyway, loved the special shots (cripple, headshot), liked the graphics (very Metal Slug), enjoyed it, but there is potential for muuuuch better ;)

Keep up !

Thanks alot.

Game would have been good. But for some reason I thought I could save my progress, I even pressed a button several time that assured me I HAD saved my game. Two hours later when I come back its gone.

bpointstudios responds:

Hey, Sorry to hear that, Mike3ymike. Please ensure that you allow Flash enough hard disk to save the game. We give instructions on how to do this in the author's comments.

Got Save File?

I liked it ok, even though i recognized it had a few shortcomings, I saw potential, and it was fun enough....the main problem for me came when I can back the next day and my savefile was nowhere to be found.

Try again.

bpointstudios responds:

Hey, sorry to hear that! It sounds like you didn't read the author's comments or allow for flash to properly have enough space to save the file to your computer :)

Try again.

Fun

This was an interesting game. Usually you don't see games like this being turn based because it takes away the 'thrill' of it. And admittedly, while I wasn't intimidated or tense at any point in the game, it was still enjoyable. My biggest grievance was that dialog boxes (such as the ones that inform you of saving) don't close automatically. Even a countdown before they closed would've been less of a hassle. It forces you to go at a slower pace, which I guess is nice so you appreciate gameplay, but I lack a lot of patience.
