I've seen things much better than this get blammed. I don't see why ths shouldn't be blammed. The voices were bad, the body kept freaking out, half the time Lola was missing legs and when she finally got legs Brian lost his legs, and the "voice acting" was horrid and too low of a volume for it to be good Why did you even include that stupid joke at the end with Brian posing as Bugs? It wasn't necessary at all.
