Good, good
For a first flash, it's not quite bad since you've took the time to put a play and replay button. The idea was cute too.
To be totaly awesome, maybe you should have put more effort in the art itself, but it was still good.
I think you have what it takes to become really good at this. All you need to do is practice, practice and practice again!
