At last, I present to you the final, full version of my game, "Street Fighter Legend of Ansatsuken".
Basically, it's a rpg game based on the story of Street Fighter alpha, which revolves around Ryu and Ken's youth.
That's right, in this game you'll play as both Ryu and Ken, the most popular heroes of Capcom's well known Street Figter saga.
The gameplay came out as a mix between Legend of Legaia and the SF fighting games.

For those who don't know, the first time I submitted this game in three parts, because its size was too big to fit in one single submission.

But, thanks to Tom Fulp, I can now submit the whole game, so that you can play it from the beginning to the end. That's right, the end.
Obviously, the final filesize is pretty big, so please have patience while it loads.

By the way, I removed part 2 from Newgrounds. Part 1, instead, is still online (only because it seems I can't remove it) but I renamed it "DEMO version".

I will mention one last thing: if you defeat Akuma, you get to fight the last, secret match and if you win, you can watch the secret ending.
Good luck with that fight, though, as Akuma is one pretty strong badass.

What else is there to say? Please play my game and review, I hope you'll like it! ^_^

Its good... But one thing kills it.

Why does Akuma use Q's voice-clips? It doesn't make him any tougher sounding; it just makes him sound stupid.

Muja responds:

Uhhmmmmmmmmm..... I'm pretty sure I used Akuma's voice clips from Street Fighter Third Strike. o_O
Probably, it sounds strange to you 'cause I mixed in voiceclips from SF 3 and SF Alpha.
Again, I could be wrong, so I'll go and check it out! ^_^
Thank you for your review!

Perfect game

Well, you brough me out of retirement too, that´s how good of a game this is. Congratulations on creating this masterpiece. I just have a quesion and a suggestion. First, the question: Is there anyway i can dodge the attacks just like the cpu does without using my guard bar?

And for the suggestion: Make it so you can fight previous opponents again and receive exp, i love farming on RPG´s but AFAIK, it isn´t possible here. Maybe make it so the second time you fight someone you receive 0.50 exp, the third time 0.25 and the from there everytime you win that match you get 0.10 exp. Just a thought, anyway, great job.

Thank you for your review!
I'll answer right away:

- There's no way for you to dodge the computer's attacks. Actually, the computer dodges when you don't press the right arrow keys; it's something I implemented to add more interactivity to the game.

- I know, I'm one who loves farming, too. But with such a small number of opponents, it sounded a bit forced... But I don't know, maybe you're right. We'll see in the next game. ;)

How the hell does this only have 3.87?

You managed to mix fighting and rpg gaming elements fantastically, storys great, if you play it on normal then the difficulty curve is perfect. You have real potential to take this format further and I'm looking forward to what you come up with next!

Muja responds:

Thank you, thank you. You were very kind! ^_^
I hope you'll get to play my next game (who knows when I'm going to submit another one..)

AWESOME!

Just purely awesome! I wish the dudes in Capcom had the same storytelling capacity as you.

Muja responds:

Ahaha, I think that the people working for Capcom are very good in their job! ^_^

But I'm also very happy to see that you appreciate my storytelling. Thank you very much!
