Not so great
The voice acting reeks of "Overdone" status. The animation, while containing some OK art, is basic. Give us more than zooming out and an imitation of moving lips, and this would get a higher score. It does make a good "poke" at hulk's OP-ness, but thats about it.

It was alright.
Kind of funny, but all we did was see his face while he talked. Needs more movement and things to make it entertaining.
