Confused

SO I actually played the entire game. The whole bit about z for jump and x for special attacks would have been more helpful if shown *BEFORE* you beat the game, preferably right after you hit the start button.

Retro? Sorry, not seeing it. I am very found of how you kids say "old school" games, and this didn't channel any of those games. The colors were too bright (especially the background raaargh my eyes!). And yes, some of those older games were bad, but not this kind of bad. This was bad in the "I'm too lazy to actually finish making this game" kind of way.

X shot it did not make you jump and in trying to be retro it just came accross as slow. I like the retro idea though. Keep practising, you can make something good out of this

Allow me to say "Worst. Game. EVER."

The "X" button doesn't allow you to jump, at certain times, even though the Author states this in the comment section. And, unless you read the Author's comments, you'd have no idea how to play.

There should probably be some more instructions inside the game. You know, like controls and stuff: things that games typically have. >>

Also, the audio is more than glitchy: its non-existent. The second time I played through, I heard this gut-wrenching scream play as I fell to my death. Unnerving to say the least, mainly because THERE IS NO BACKGROUND MUSIC!

The character selection screen is a joke. Of the three choices you have, only one of them successfully works.

Just keep practicing. You'll get it eventually.
