what an idiot he took you downa point because you made it look like a classic arcade and put gamers dont do drugs. It was alright reading through reviews i would complain about the same stuff buying upgrades losing them to crates or accidental pick ups from my allies it was fun overall wouldnt play it again though.

It's OK...

The set up and evrything is great with the acception of being overly repeditive for most levels-and upgrades in the shop not lasting.

Good game

I like all the upgrades/achievements but money is quite useless unless you have a whole bunch and unlock all the extra ammo. -1

Intro Loop -1

"Gamers don't use drugs" -1 (you probably drink beer)

No medals -1

"Load only for mochi users" well I'm stuck in a loop so I can't test it but I think I did get some achievements. Anyways, if you want to blackmail/bribe people to join Mochi GTFO Newgrounds. -1

Secretbase responds:

Well, load option allows mochi user to load the game no matter where they play it. Anyone can load the game from your cookies though.

The gamers don't do drugs is a homage to the "Winners don't do drugs" campaign from the 90s. Younger audience probably didn't get it though :)

Damn weapon system, needs 2 slots

I Enjoyed: The pixel game art, the combat/searching/rescue mechanics, overall appearance.

You lost 4 points because of the weapons system. If I buy a weapon then I expect to be able to use that weapon. I don't want to buy a Shotgun 2 and accidentally replace it with a machine gun 1, never being able to get that shotgun back.

I would suggest two weapon slots. One slot for picked up weapons and one for purchased. Its fine that weapons overwrite each other, that adds to difficulty. But if you players are spending big game dollars on items and then loosing them for no reason thats negative reinforcement, and it made me not want to play this game anymore.

Secretbase responds:

If you get a level 2 weapon (Shotgun2), and found a Machine Gun, it'll change to a Machine Gun2. It's true that if you bought a Shotgun1, and found your default weapon, it does switch, and we'll take note of that in the future.
