HOLY CRAP 9200 LIVES??
I think you meant score or points or something XD its pretty good though the dude jumps really high but thats no problem.
but something that is a problem. when i died, the timer dissapeared and my dude dissapeared but it went back to the start of the level minus visable blocks, you can only see their blue outline for the powerup boxes. also it seriously slows down my computer wich is up to date on most everything. so yea good game but some bad problems

Time issue.
There is an issue where, when you run out of time, the game freezes up. Something to look into.

Nice attempt...
I think the main reason the game runs so slow for everyone is the water. Maybe if you can limit the water to just where you need it, it will make the game run a little smoother.
Also, the character does jump ridiculously high, which takes any real challenge away from the game, as you can just "fly" through each stage.
Still, it is a nice attempt at a Mario clone, maybe dress the character though =D

Very little appeal
First of all, if it's referencing or parodying something other than mario, I'm afraid it's rather lost on me.
Aside from that it's a generic mario ripoff with laggy controls and broken AS. When you run out of time, it doesn't respawn you, it basically just freezes up on a broken screen.

Glitch?
If i press up arrow and hold, i can just fly off screen until the end of the stage (or forever)
Also everything feels/moves in slow-motion.
