A game that plays itself
Although I can see that you have put significant effort into this, that doesn't change the fact that the player doesn't do much. It takes too long for both the resources and each weapon to charge up, so long in fact that I was browsing the web and only checking into the game every other minute. Also, the game is too easy since the most complicated strategy that I ever needed to use was to use the sniper riffle with the assassin armor.
I think with some major tweaking, this game could be better. However, right now, the game just plays itself with the player occasionally helping out.
