There are not enough isometric action RPGs on the internet, so I made one. Inspired by games like Diablo, and Roguelikes, I hoped to create a complex and entertaining game with a lot of replayability.

The engine features procedurally generated levels, items, and bosses. This way, the dungeon will be custom generated for you each time you play.

This is a much larger project than my past work, I hope you enjoy it!

(To those requesting a savegame feature, this is currently not implemented due to the large amount of data present in generated items. I intend to implement character saving in it's sequel.)

EDIT: In response to reviews - You can name your character whatever you like by clicking the characters name during creation! Also, many abilities scale with stats: for instance, charm's duration is improved as you get more Intellect.

my two scents

there isn't really a whole lot too throw in considering the three below me got tons of others, but i guess i should put my two scents in as well, when i saw the necromancer class i was absolutely thrilled... then i got too the later dungeons... only five damage max for three skeletons, and they can bairly take any damage? it kinda ruins the point of being a necromancer if everything sucks near the end? the skeletons stopped getting stronger around 30 int, and even tho they represent a monster 10 floors down, they can be beaten by monsters on the fifth floor (i slammed bonus stats into int, capped them at second floor) then the demon who i believe is the best character too have, adds natural fire damage too his normal attacks, which is incredibly handy, but like the others mentioned normal damage seemed too have reached a limit, even with higher damage weapons, it seems that the only way too ever reach the bottom (if there is one) is too have a character with AoE skills with lots of HP, MP, and Int... it needs balancing, too say the least, also maybe some learnable skills, because a hunter would have a bow or something, right? and learn archery type skills, etc... you got the basics done, you just need fine-tuning

Fairly well done

Played a Golem Fighter, and it seemed like the loot drops were skewed to be things he could use ... more armor & weapons than staves. Going pure brute force meant that the spells sucked ass, since my intellect & willpower weren't enough to make most spells worthwhile (EG: heal was pathetic). However, person complaining about 45 str and capping at 25 dmg... I had 50 str and an ax with 12-16 or something dmg, and regularly saw my dude doing 45 dmg. But when I got a perfect winged bladed that did 35-36 dmg, it seemed like my damage dropped to 30's & 20's. Not sure why. It's an interesting game, but if you're going all fighter/warrior, you get screwed if you get too many folks chasing you, especially those charger guys...they'll just plow into you from behind until you die. Entangle spell helps, but still you just get screwed later on without a way of retreating effectively. A haste spell would be nice. :)
