Description: A Sackboy wakes up after the apocalypse to find he is the only thing left.

Notes: These animations are based off a series of story-based levels I did on Little Big Planet called Little Big Apocalypse. I've been working on this series for a while, this is episode one. The entire series is already finished and I will slowly roll out all the episodes on NG. Enjoy :)

As Per Usual

Fun idea and interesting execution. A post apocalyptic, not being the most original idea, but I love the design of the world and it's sketchy pencil drawings. Really makes it feel like an actual LBP level, pieces of various sources put together to make a disturbing world. The set up and story itself was a bit of a stretch, a video game and nano virus? Sounds very .hack to me. The main reason I'm giving this a 7 though is this episodes lack of anything really exciting. It builds up the story well, but then we get nothing really in return for our patience. But that's why I waited to watch this until episode 2 came out.

Animation seemed to be your usual style, very rough and choppy. Not to say that's a bad thing, the mood it puts off is something else. Though I felt a couple of inbetweens here and there for Sackboy would've made it better, as well as his walking animation feels too mindless tweening. Most of all, your sound design is just fantastic. Great music choice that fits this little world. I only wish you had some voice actors, a cryptic narrator would've really entrance me early on.

I liked it, at this point I can only imagine where the series will go. I only hope the series remains dark and somber and not somehow pull a 180 degree turn and somehow revive everyone on Earth, or maybe he'll meet Wall-E or something. I can only hope not.

A little short, could use some work.

I can imagine playing LBP watching this, I'll see the second now and if I have time; play your levels. I feel that the flash needed more animation then walking or running. But I did like the story alright. 4/5 - 8/10

So where is this on LBP?

Do you create a lot of levels on LBP? I haven't played it in so long... (2 Years. I've also been PS3 less for 2 years...)

Other than that I like the opening. Very short but the end credits kind of give a lot away... As far as what to expect.
