Ups:
Since this is your first flash, it's pretty damn good! The fluidity was great, though could be touched up (see Downs)
The motions of both were good, nice and clean.
Music wasn't bad, whatever it was from. (Fight scene)

Downs:
Though it was sprite, it seemed kinda weird blending vector flash (intro with the rainclouds) and the ripped background for the main event. Try creating your own, it'll go a long way towards making a great flash.
As stated before, try creating some of your own sprites, such as each getting hit with the sword. It kept looking like Dark Link was missing with each thrust.
I know you ripped Link's voice for both, but try altering Dark Link's a little, just so it doesn't sound like Link in stereo. It'll also help us (the viewers) discern who's who.
