One final edit: It took a while, but I finally re-beat the entire game.

Upload limit lifted! Thanks Tom

DJManiax is totally unique to the flash platform. It is a rhythm game in which you must click on notes (or hit the correct keyboard keys, depending on your CHOSEN PLAY MODE) when the timeline is aligned with their centre.

-Pass songs to unlock more songs, and ultimately beat the 3 boss stages!

-Instructions are in the game.

-All songs and images featured with in the game are used with permission.

-WorldWide HighScore tables are live.

-20 songs with 3 difficulties each! Something for players of all skill levels.

-2 ways to play! Keyboard style or Mouse/Tablet style. This game is fun with a wacom tablet!

-Well thought out and well put together note charts match the songs perfectly!

The gameplay style is based on the Korean arcade game DJ Max Technika.

We spent a lot of time working on this game, please enjoy it!

TaroNuke responds:

I had to get permission to use all the songs in the game.
To get the people from DJ Hero, I would have to pay them money probably.
Your review sucks.

Love the game, but...

The game is very good, but, some musics got a background which makes the game hard to play. But, can you make a download version ? A DDL version is more faster. And, I think some people want online (like me) =)

Love the game, love the songs

I can only take your word that it's possible to beat the game. That said, whatever I've managed to conquer, I feel that I've earned it. The game is very well balanced, and the rhythm aspect is dead on. This is great programming.

I disagree with what people are saying about the choice of music. Given that the author has already stated that it's influenced by a Korean arcade game, it's my belief that the choice of music also reflects it. Just as DDR had a lot of Jpop because it catered to a Japanese audience, this game likely reflects Korean gaming and the author's tastes. You don't like the songs, fine. Don't play. There are many others who can enjoy it as is. I personally like the songs. A lot.
