Based on the original Marine Boy series from the 60's.

I really liked the animation, nice art work. I think that Marine Boy hacks the ocean though.

Takes me back aways
I remember watching all those old cartoons on my grandparents television when I was kid. And this was totally the same style of old cartoons from the 60's. I loved the whole bugs bunny/scooby doo esque art style! It was great!
