Here's a bloody fun Christmas holiday surprise for all our chums here on Newgrounds!
It is the year 2020 and the spoiled children of the world have gotten greedier with each passing year. Santa couldn't take it anymore, so he killed himself and now all the children are raiding the North pole to find out why there aren't any Christmas presents this year. Santa may be gone, but Mrs. Claus is still alive and she's EXTREMELY PISSED OFF at how all the kids couldn't give a damn about her late husband. Now, the time has finally come to make the children pay the ultimate price for being on the naughty list!
CONTROLS:
Arrow Keys / WASD = Move
Mouse = Aim
Left Click / Space = shoot
P = Pause Game
M = Mute
***NOTE*** We've now set it so the game gets exponentially more difficult. Once you've collected all the medals and made it past level 25, see how long you can last and compete for the high scores, because the enemies will get much stronger and faster from that point onward!

good but would have been a lot better if you could shoot in more than 8 directions.

A good game with a structural flaw..
This game is really good.
I ALWAYS loved the pixelated style, alongside the lots of blood and the bazookas. But, it's repetitive. I say, this got boring after the 11st wave.
It's repetitive, and some weapons (the grenades and the bishot gun) makes everything boring.
I liked the upgrade system, but it would have been better if you would have added the possibility to buy health and to repair the tree.
Oh, yes, the plot is really good and original.

Smash TV
This definitely reminds me of a Christmas version of Smash TV. Awesome!

Great fun!
It's been a long time since Smash TV. This is a great tribute, and plays well.
My only gripe is not having the option to control aiming with the keyboard.
I really thought the music would get annoying after a while, but it didn't, somehow.
Hope to see more games from the three of you. Happy holidays.
