Interesting idea , but ...
You still have to make a decent game out of it.
So far you have done nothing but making my eyes hurt.
Also the generation of enemies and terrain is too random , often resulting in impossible obstacles.
My advice would be to devise an actual mechanic that is based on the colors red-green-blue and designing actual levels instead of making an infinite obstacle course - too many games of that kind as it is.
As for those who wonder how this works:
A vertical band of one color acts as a chasm you have to jump.
Enemies cannot be killed , you have to jump over them as well.
What is the Point of this Game?
What are the mechanics? do you just jump over that floating things, or what?
