Seriously, I'm a huge Mother/EarthBound fan, and this looks like it's going to be freaking amazing (though I may be just a little biased)!
I can't wait for the first one to come out. Ooh, will there be voice acting? Whod'jaget, whod'jaget?!

Nice
Big fan of the games, great intro which you could tell a good amount of effort was put into, drawings weren't perfect but they were still very good. I will be sure to check out the episodes.

Decent
This seems like it will be a pretty big hit here on NG, due to all of the Earthbound fans, but, as the current quality im not sure how long that would last.
The opening looks good, but as you introduce each character, you should show the short video of each of them, instead of going through all the characters (it slows it down way too much for an opening)
I went ahead over to youtube and watched the episodes you have there:
The Animation was decent, the only problems i found were a few perception things (such as the police cars going over the hill and when the meteorite crashes) and some of the Audio. Porky and Picky's VA were excellent, but the rest seemed way too forced and the quality wasn't great on them.
Other then that i didn't see any other serious problems at a first glance. n. n i do intend to watch the rest of the series and possibly even play some EB now. Good luck!

Good start
If you can keep this quality up for the whole series, then I reckon it could turn out to be pretty fantastic.
The main issue I have with this opening is that it's a bit long - if you plan to put it at the start of every episode, it'll probably piss people off. A way around that could be to either shorten it, or put a "skip" button in the corner.
I really wish you luck with this series - it looks like it could be a winner.
