Work on your basics
examples.
when you jump, bend down a little to give antisipation.
watch your foot placement
you have an issue with the shakyness of your character.

Ironically you didn't use enough sound effects!
Seriously, you do a project on SFX and you do not put in enough? Try adding more for when he falls and moves and such.
