Take control of Josephine the Nun, as she explores a church in discovery of the source of a zombie invasion. Battle through arenas, defeat bosses, evade traps and unlock new weapons as you venture in this epic quest to save the world.

Mouse - Aim and Shoot
WASD/Arrows - Move/Jump

Space - Bullet time (if unlocked)
Collect zombie brains to fill bullet time meter

Esc/p - Pause

Around the time that I finished Jeremy Bongstarr, Xeptic contacted me with this idea about a Nun who shoots up a church full of zombies. It was a really awesome learning experience for both of us, as I had never done a real platform game before, and Xeptic had never coded one. Thanks for taking the time to try it out, and we hope you enjoy the fruits of our labor. I also want to say special thanks to Evil-Dog, who really saved our asses with some last minute glitch-fixing when Xeptic went away to South America for 3 months, just as we finished.

I hope you guys have a fun time playing our little game

Great game for a proof of concept but the final boss is literally impossible. Tighten up the controls, remove some of the bugs like control errors and just slightly ease up on the difficulty and you should be fine, provided you ever want to try again with this game. I think it's pretty good, good enough to write a review anyway.

A surprisingly fun game, It is both funny and challenging. I never thought I would give this game even a 3 but it gets a 4.5. The sprites during the interaction scenes are the best, especially the first time I saw the priest use arm and hand gestures xD. The combat fits in well, and something I do appreciate is the fact that the bullet time is not a core function of the game, You can fight without it, and you don't get a lot of it in this game (unlike My Friend Pedro, which you can have bullet time the whole game, and it never runs out. Still a great game though~!) It's a bit flawed, but it is easy to ignore, especially when a bug teleported me and allowed me to skip a whole platforming scene :D.
Over all, unless you are hyper-religious, play the game, it is fun~!

good idea, failed execution

Not you didnt put checkpoint after every cutscene, but how can you manage to have me glitch out in the bulletdodge animation in almost every hell room including demon fight?
