Well I must say this is one beautiful game you have made here, that 'One Chance' is VERY synonymous to life and really drives the point home that "YOU ONLY HAVE ONE LIFE! DON'T SCREW UP!" When I finished the game, (and OBVIOUSLY got a bad ending.) I tried to play again... only to get a persistent screen of the Main character dying at work... saddened me very much (And this is one of the VERY RARE games to make me feel a significant HINT of sadness.) However...
I PLAY TO WIN! And of course cheated (destroying the whole point of the game with it, sorry.) and got most of the endings. (I refuse to cheat on the wife.) However, after playing all those endings... I realize that, surviving may not have been the best ending in hindsight. Yes, you do survive, but what's the point, the world around you is dying and you are alive just watching it all. There are presumably no humans left and everything else is dead and/or dying. And from what I see it's too late to administer the cure to anyone who had survived. You would be left in a barren world with just you (*SPOILER!* and your daughter.) and you all are going to die anyway. Yes, it's a happy ending FOR THE GAME! (See what I did there?), but when Fridge Logic kicks in... not so happy now, huh? (*SPOILER AGAIN!* And NO ONE MENTION THE SQUICK FACTOR OF THEM BEING THE ONLY TWO LEFT! I'm NOT having it, don't think about it too much.)
All in all, this was a very interesting game. Music, was PERFECT for the setting, (although the first day should have been a bit more cheerful, THEN drop the main theme the next day, when the bad news (UNDERSTATEMENT) abounds. Gameplay was pretty linear (Gee thanks captain obvious. -.-) but it is okay for this game. We all know how the storyline goes, simple, sweet, heartrending. A bit bland though but I can overlook that.
All in all, I'm giving this a nine because I enjoyed the storyline and the game got me hooked finding a way to end it on a good note (so I can be able to sleep well tonight.)
Also, I think if you get the good ending you should have special music, something like "This is your Life." By Switchfoot, but meh, that's just me.

And now time to end this quite lengthy review (My longest one ever.) with... IMHO!

Godamnit, this was great. It makes me think of that game Pandemic. The whole time I was laughing as I slowly destroyed Earth, but I never thought about how the humans would act.
I guess it would be kind of like this...
As for no replay, well, suckish, but it's no reason to throw a temper-tantrum. As anyone can see, there are tons of ways to replay the game. And the music fit so perfectly, after playing for 2 "days" I was almost crying.
