Beautiful

I ended with penny lying in the bathtub, molly passing at the park, and John sitting in peace at work. I didn't mind that this had no replay button, as the final screen shows john is finally at peace and with his family, and no matter how hard eh tried, he still knew he couldn't fix it, but he passed with a solemn feeling of no loneliness to me. The music was beautiful, and the ambience of the whole game was Magnifico

Artistic

"I caused this, and I will end it as well."

John soldered on even as the world decayed around him.
Six days had passed since the start of the infection, and he had been working diligently to perfect the antidote. Though he succeeded, everyone he had ever known lay dead around him.
He would use part of it on himself, part of it on his daughter, then the rest he injected into the ground in the park. The compound had been decined with virulent properties and it would spread, nullifying the infection caused by the "cure".

Although he and his daughter would live, they would not have much of a future ahead of them.
But at least the earth would survive.
