In the last 6 remaining in-game days on Earth, the player must make choices about how to spend his last moments. Will he spend time with his family, work on a cure or go nuts?

Touching...
This game is overall really good. It's been a while since I've played an emotional story created by a non professional game designer.
The story is great, but still a little underdeveloped. Just spending time with the family by making one choice doesn't give too much of a strong bond. Maybe making the game a little longer by making multiple choices a day would not only make it more flexible, but also gives the game a better sense of realism. I don't really have an issue with character speed. There was a small action sequence, which was a nice way to spice up the game.
Have you considered a game with multiple characters? This game is great, and it's possible to do better. I'm not saying you should do this, but I'm just suggesting it. Since this game incorporates a permanent death approach, maybe making multiple players would allow for more (and better?) endings, while satisfying those who want a replay button.

Awesome.
1. Go to work, skip work with sexy assistant.
2. Go to work, watch co-worker jump off roof.
3. Go to work, work all day. (Couldn't find anything better to do.)
4. Go to work, skip work with sexy assistant. Bump in car. Go home to dead wife who commited suicide in bathtub.
5. Go to work with daughter.
6. Go to park with daughter.
