One Chance is a game about choices and dealing with them.

Scientist John Pilgrim and his team have accidently created a pathogen that is killing all living cells on Earth.

In the last 6 remaining in-game days on Earth, the player must make choices about how to spend his last moments. Will he spend time with his family, work on a cure or go nuts?

Don't ever change

I commend you for sticking to your guns. I think it's amazing that out of all the games that offer choices out there, this is the single one that makes you live with them. In my world I worked my ass off and saved myself and my little girl, at the cost of pretty much everything else. That was my experience and I honestly would not replay this game even if I had the choice. Great game with a great atmosphere, you have all my respect.

I agree with jell0garden. This WAS a great game, until I realized that I'll never be able to play through it again. It's a major rip off for the player, like a tease.

Stop Crying

He didn't add a replay button to add to the urgency of the game. If you want to replay just refresh your screen you idiots.

(Screen refreshing slow, get Google Chrome XD)

I'll give it a 3/10. The art was great, I loved it. Music seemed to fit nicely, really added to the ambiance when a "bad" event happened. Great transition over time, I really felt like the world was falling apart and was really drawn in to the story. It was a good length too, not too long nor too short.

The problems I have with this game mostly have to do with gameplay design. First of all, this is a rip off of Every Day the Same Dream by molleindustria. It's a damn good one, but it's still a rip off.

Listen: for fuck's sake add a replay button. You have no idea how annoying it is for the player to lose ability to replay the game. It sucks. Especially in a game with more than one ending. I think the point is to make the game "deep" and "philosophical" but in reality it just makes it a pain in the ass to try and get all the endings.

There's a glitch where after you spend time with your family, then fuck Annie, Penny will move out. But after that Jim comes back to your house and kills them. Why would they be there? Also, sometimes Molly appears on your back after she's dead. Weird...

Finally, I was extremely disappointed that I couldn't save Penny. She killed herself, I was like WTF. Jim killed her, I was like WTF. Nothing I did could save her. I think the best ending you can get is saving Molly, yourself, and the plants. Honestly, I just wasn't satisfied with any of the endings, and I think I found them all. I felt like the story never really had any closure.

This could have been a sweet game, with more originality on your part, a replay feature, better endings, and more interaction with the world. Make a sequel, make it better, we'll love you for it.
