I prefer not to say too much about the game, as discovering the details for yourself is part of the experience. My personal thoughts about the game and its history are in the afterword, but interpreting its meaning is up to you. Everything in the game is there for a reason.

Description:
The Infinite Ocean is a Myst-style point & click adventure game. It's fairly big for a flash game, and has a lot of story, so to enjoy it you need to take your time.

Instructions:
You interact with the environment by left-clicking.
To turn left or right, move your mouse to the edge of the room and click on the arrow that appears.
The main menu appears at the top of the screen when you move your mouse there.
For more detailed information, read the Instructions/Help screen in the game. (Highly recommended!)

I had never experienced such dread and paranoia during my game.

It surprises me to find such a game with a deep meaning to it and I am glad to have stumbled upon it. It was just absolutely brilliant. I am in loss of words after I had played this, it's just absolutely stunning.

The story behind it, just... Amazing. I can't describe what I had felt while I was going through the halls of this facility and it was just paranoia all over for me. The atmosphere is just brilliant. The black/white/grey colors in the game suits is brilliantly and adds to the feel of the game. It's amazing, no doubt.

This game needs more rating. Truly a lot more. Some people cease to find the brilliance in this game.

After I had played this, I paused for a few while and thought of how this game, in a silent manner, just teaches you a lot of things about life. Learning from a game seems surreal, but this proves it. Philosophical stuff, yo.

I'd rather not spoil the story for those who had yet to experience the feel in this game. The music was rather fitting to. Adds to the atmosphere, like I had mentioned. Anyways, it's amazing, 5/5, 10/10. Great job to the author. :D

That's how games should be done.

The incredibly deep story line coupled with the choice in music makes this an incredible game to play. Normally, I find myself searching for the mute button so I can listen to whatever song I want on Spotify or Pandora, but this was a rare experience. Thank you for making such an incredible game. I look forward to playing more like it. It is unfortunate that I can not possibly give you a higher rating.

I struggle to find words to describe it, but here goes... It was incredible, absolutely great. It makes you think about all sorts of things: life, the universe, war, death, the self, and all that deep..stuff..I guess. Anyway, yeah, all-in-all: GREAT! :D
