Endeavor is a game about a dwarf trying to uncover an ancient secret. Or maybe it's about exploring, climbing, and swimming. Or perhaps it's about collecting powerups and treasure. Or possibly it's just about killing things.

With multiple endings, quests, interactive npcs and ambient critters, it's my most involving game yet! It features many original musical tracks, several upgrades, and an engaging climbing and endurance scheme.

You can find a full map of the game at
(Remove the two spaces in the link to get it to work... I'm not sure why it's doing that!)

Note: Once you've reached an ending, you won't be able to get a different ending without restarting the game. Don't worry, getting the other endings is much faster when you know where everything is!

Update: Some people are getting lag whenever they touch a flower- this is due to an auto-save feature that I've decided to remove (note that the game still autosaves whenever you collect a powerup or switch screens, just not on touching flowers anymore). I've submitted the latest version which should get approved soon, so bear with me! Thanks for playing!

Update 12/2: There seems to be a bug with running out of endurance underwater and getting trapped in air bubbles. I'm working on fixing it! If this happens, press Q to return to the main menu, and then reload your save file.

Update 12/3: Patched to fix the underwater bug, pressing escape now pauses AND unpauses. Added tip menu screen to press p to see collections. Also added an additional creature on the island above the light beam. Hopefully the update goes live soon!

Update 12/11: Added a link to a full map of the game, see above!

Usually i dont like the games on Newgrounds. But... That was amazing.
At the end, you wouldn't belive how suprised i was from the plot twist.
Great game ^_^

I beat the game 3 times, to get all 3 endings. I loved the incredibly expansive world, in depth and sometimes humorous characters, and the deity itself along with its sybolism. When the deity offered forgiveness, or when my character realizes I had inadvently delivered the world into Malor's hands, and even when I reflect on those i've killed, there is a very convincing and dramatic storyline which you played out very well. SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT
When I climbed the wall it might have been one of the coolest parts, as I swung from rope to rope on the icy mountain, though I have difficulty grasping the moral implications of the fruit of youth, I simply took it so I stopped falling. The up+Z powerup is fun and it is a shame I have to kill to get it. Some just for fun powers for those who get 20 kill or 30 kills would be nice. Also wondering If I could've killed the snow lepord. wondering how many creatures and npcs there are in game. 40? IT would also be nice to be able to teleport without getting the evil ending. Would love some good npcs but makes the moral question easier. OVERALL GREAT GAME. Sorry for the long rambling review. This was a uniquely meaningful review in a world with less less intelligent flash media. All three endings were incredible though I found the morally righteous ending most satisfying. LOVE the idea of the chest being easily seen but only gettable at the end. I'd love to talk to you about the game and its implications but understand that you are busy. It is not only a wonderful game, but I also consider it a work of art.
