An animated cartoon about a Felis catus consuming pixel art excrement.
This animation took way longer to make than it should have. I worked on it for about one year and 90% of the graphics were done in MS Paint, so I hope you like it. It's around 4 minutes long.

GHER
Just loved the easter egg with exit. Very good sound editing, and episode with graphical lags.
So truly DOS-like.

I have to say.
You have potential to do great things but you need solid Ideas because with out ideas all you have is crap and a cat eating it.

The effort you put in was well worth it!
It's easy to see that you put a ton of heart and soul into this animation. The plot is totally crazy, hilarious, and original; and everything is animated beautifully. And I love the music! Watching this puts a real smile on my face.
But what really stands out to me are all the little details and things you threw in that weren't really necessary. The little extras in the menu, the hand-drawn sprite rotations, the fact that you made sure all the sprites were always at integer positions (which I imagine must have been especially tedious when you were easing them), the "lag" caused by the large number of enemies onscreen; I could keep going on and on, but you get the idea: A lot of the things you did with this animation were done not out of necessity, but because you really wanted to give it some character and style while preserving that classic, old school video game feeling.
You accomplished all that and more, my friend. Congratulations on creating something truly memorable, incredibly entertaining, and completely bizarre!
It's great somebody actually noticed that I put all the images in integer positions. I even considered not using motion tweens to avoid 'half pixels', but that was far too much work.
Thank you very much!
