(This game was stolen and submitted a couple days ago. This is the genuine version. Sorry for any confusion.)
this would be a great base for future games... music got a little repetative but once you get really in the game you don't notice.
i got to level 15 without losing a life and i decided to quit..... my eyes are bleeding...
It has a nice concept; interesting mechanics;
though I cant shake the feeling that it could have been a lot better.
The idea of sacrificing speed for armor, or armor for range, or range/damage for speed, or what-have-you, as well as selectively breeding for what you need is really cool.
However, I found that most of the levels were more about getting those first few bugs out as quick as possible so you can overtake your enemy through numbers (Boss hint; 15 bugs can take out a boss no matter how low their armor/damage, as long as you can keep them reproducing fast enough).
Nevertheless, the concept and game manage to stand on their own two feet to provide a clever diversion.
but it got really annoying when you don't want you're guys so op in one section that they can't move
I thought it was great
My only criticism is selecting individual units as compared to a group. If you have multiple units selected and you try to select just one out of the group, it wont work. You have to click somewhere else and then select the one unit. I also found that when you did the move/attack command that I would often find that my units were just moving to a spot rather than attacking.
I really liked the evolution aspect. And the level variation and the bosses kept it fresh throughout. Kind of an anti-climactic ending though.
I still have no idea what advantage sight gives.
Overall great game, but it needs to be much longer with more time in between bosses. Maybe you could prepare your field before battle, i don't know.
9/10 for an awesome game with some slight control problems.
Its a goood game but there could have been more choices for the types the graphics aren't that good overall its good
