This is my third submission, the first in color. It's based on the song Arnold Layne from the well known British group, Pink Floyd.
It's basicly the story of Arnold, a normal man with a strange hobby.
Keep up until the very end. I'm pretty proud of it and I hope you'll like the effort I put in my third "baby".
Frontpage! Thanks to eveyone who took the time to watch Arnold's story!
whoa he's a tranny for the great tranny nation and i like to watch this movie!!!
Dragqueen!!! (Even if his just cross-dressing, not really dressing up to be a drag queen...)
and thats how rupaul's carreer started
However is Rupaul, he must have had lots of fun.
I liked your cuts and framing, and the animation was good except some parts were a tad stiff. For example, when he's walking in the attic, his elbows and arms are very stiff. Don't be afraid to break the elbow to add fluidity. Have one frame where the elbow is bent backwards, you'll be amazed at how much smoother it looks. Now I don't know anatomy but i'm pretty sure when he puts the dress on there's something wrong there.
Also, as he walks towards the shoes to put them on, it looks unnatural in a way, as if the foot had no joints. Make him contact the ground with the heel first, then then the bottom part of the toes, then the toes. It's about walk cycles.
I would suggest you read Animator's Survival Kit by Richard Williams, it explains all of this in detail.
Overall though, not a bad job for a 3rd submission.
If i have some time, maybe I'll read it. Thanks for the tips. Now, have you ever made a frame by frame movie all by yourself? It's pretty much what your asking me to do.
Well I didn't find it entertaining...
But the flash itself was well drawn... and put together rather excellently. Just because this was not the type of stuff I like to watch doesnt mean it isn't a great flash :). Always nice to see pink floyd though.
If you found it was well drawn, it's enough for me^^.
Arnorld is cool.
I to have the hobby.
Cross-dressing? Nice you affirm yourself.

Cornelius & Toots are back, and a Haunted House Ride seems a little spookier than usual!
