that was entertaining but nothing about it was particularly effort-born. I know frame by frame takes a while but there could have atleast been a few more frames in between major actions to make it feel smoother, without compromising the fast paced action - just a quicker frame rate and more drawings.. it was also short for how it was made. the way the character was drawn and considering he was only fighting sticks, perhaps a little more time could have been spent on the lines and shapes for a more professional feel, you're probably capable. you should checkout Rick Marin's Primal War cartoons for ideas.
your tribute captured atleast what the original pretty much was and as it is that, not bad.

I guess there is not much wrong with it, it was just short and......I'm not sure exactly what got me about it but......I just didn't get any satisfaction or entertainment from that at all. Sorry.

Good but something is missing
I can Appreciate the tribute to Ben, that you did something like this is very cool
But there is something missing from this ... needs a bit of an intro maybe?
Even if it is just text explaining where this comes from so people who watch this animation (which was well done) kind of understand a bit better why you are making this ... not everyone knows who Ben is
