If the controls don't work at all, please click on the game screen first. An update that fixes this issue is on its way, but it needs to be approved by NG first.
Other than that - the arrow keys need to be held down. Once you get older, your avatar moves slower and the keys need to be held down for a little longer to make him move.
Button tapping pointless, keeping button pressed super effective.
I hope this clears some things up, I guess it wasn't as intuitive as I thought (sorry about that, i guess).

hmmm
interesting concept but whats the point? There could be more detail in the objectives other than simply collecting icons

Meh
Pretty boring overall with painfully unresponsive controls, bland music, no sound effects and the art is lazily made. It does have some replay value for getting the achievments but after you've gotten them you sure don't want to play it again.

Glitches.
I couldn't move my character. It just told me to keep mashing < & >. If that's how the game is supposed to work it's not very fun.
