Only because of the music
It is too simple dude. No diversity and not very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. I think when someone plays a dress up game it should look good too. The only reason I came back was to listen to the music. Sorry, but keep trying I'm sure you could make something that will end up on the front page.

Good Effort!
Okay flash, just needs more stuff, and try to improve your art abit.
Good music, good effort.
ALSO, If you want to be able for people to type a name, put in text, go to the properties panel and change it from "static text" to "input text".
Overall just add more objects.

Not enough verity
I made a person in less then 10 seconds there isnt enough verity in this game graphics are nothing amazing either but i did enjoy the music =)

Better then the first
A good improvement over the first with sorting the items, is there someway of making it easier to select/move the mouth and eye pieces. You could try to create a wider field around the pieces like a box just make it invisible. Also the ability to mute the music and/or change music would be great. Keep up the good work!
