Defeat the zombies while managing multiple resources in this hybrid RTS game. Try a random map after the campaign.

The game consists of building towers, managing the resources needed by those towers (and the location of those resources), collecting more resources from cleared out buildings, and using resources to expand and destroy zombies.

Shift-click to place multiple of the same item.
Shift-click on plus or minus buttons to change quota by 5.
+/- are hotkeys for changing survivor quota (board quota in barricades).

Pretty fun game.

This game was pretty good. Simple controls, simple buildings and fairly lenient on the difficulty. Only one problem, the game DESPERATELY needs a speed-up button. Not only do the zombies move fairly slow, they sometimes get confused and wander around back streets and crap, and all you can do is wait. The pace is fine for when you're building stuff, but when you don't have anything useful to build and are just waiting to clean up the rest of the zombies, it was got so dull that I started playing Solitaire just to wait for them to die.
Other than that, it was a pretty fun game, and I spent a good 3 hours or so enjoying it.

Pretty cool

The only thing that kills this game for me is building. I click the sniper tower and it won't let me lay one. I tried clicking the nearest depot to it. I tried clicking off depot. I just randomly laid buildings down whenever it would finally let me. All you really need to do is loot every safe building then have then flee when raid starts. As long as your main base has 2 to 3 useful snipers you can sit back and wait for the mission to end. Though I wouldn't follow this advice since I'm incapable of playing correctly but this idea seems to be solid. I hope I figure this out soon. can't be left behind hehe

Interesting take on RTS.

Had a good bit of fun with it, but the lack of variety did make the game a little dull after some time. I also admit I didn't care for the constant need to make depots every 7 spaces. I would have personally liked the ability to take a chance with my supply lines and build them as I please, but that's more of a personal preference.

Other than that, some other forms of combat would have been appreciated. The classic strategy of build a tower, kill enemies in range, then build a tower farther up grew a little stale, and the lack of diverse enemies meant that there were almost no surprises.

A couple suggestions:
1) All buildings should stay mysterious till you send a scout out to them, in which case you would get the threat level and possible content inside.
2) When zombies surge against you due to the wave timer, they should come from an unlimited source. The game has little urgency to it, so adding a bit of time based urgency would make it a little more interesting.
3) More unit/enemy variety. Just adds a extra layer of strategy to the game. As it is, it's good, but simple.

hey i have some things you could add if you make squeal.
1. squads: survivors you can set with guns. (spawn by barracks).
2. A unit facility( Barracks/armory) like you could spawn clean out teams that go inside buildings without have to shoot bullets from the tower.
3.more towers: machine gun waste more ammo and has a bullet spray giving it the ability to kill multiple enemies at once.
4. autoshop: if a survivor can find enough spare parts ammo they will be able to make a car that has limited fuel and ammo. If the car breaks down it will make a small base on its last point until it is refuels by survivors(4 each with a slow inaccurate rifle).
5. hq: this is only acquired if you are able to kill all zombies in a sector(5 house block).
hope you like these and 15/10 for this game.
