Defeat the zombies while managing multiple resources in this hybrid RTS game. Try a random map after the campaign.

The game consists of building towers, managing the resources needed by those towers (and the location of those resources), collecting more resources from cleared out buildings, and using resources to expand and destroy zombies.

Wicked

Doesn't even begin to sum it up, buy brilliant game. Just read the previous reviews and I sort of agree about a wider range of guns, but then where would it end? Tanks? Planes? I mean, it is set in america, where most gun shops carry ( I pressume) Illegal things such as; Rocket Launchers and maybe grenades... I think it's almost perfect for a flash game and nice to see a decent ZRTS... I think I'll be playing this alot in the coming months, maybe even years (Unless you make another ;) )

Zombies!

In a world where a zombie invasion could actually happen, do you really think that our preconceived notions about the way the world works would apply?
Let's assume zombies are immune to rotting away, or that the magical force animating them didn't know a head shot was supposed to kill a zombie. Perhaps you don't become a zombie from being bitten but instead any corpse in any condition capable of sustaining form can rise regardless of muscle mass.... because the animating force is fuckin' magic. Don't see a lot of walking skeletons in movies these days... people don't think about those.
Sorry, had to throw in my money's worth on that.

Game seems fairly smooth. One complaint is that a few of the buildings didn't rotate properly for me in edit mode. I had a few buildings in edit mode randomly change into other buildings when I would change the amount of resources in them.
Very small issues compared to how good the game is overall.

Nice game

After few hours of trying, I finished Quartermaster in 72 minutes ;D
Really hard game, though save option helps greatly (it would be unplayable without it, one little error and you are done).

Like many others already said, there should be wider range of weapons - maybe homemade molotov cocktail, or simple mines, etc. Reinforcing towers or placing barbed wire on the ground (since zombies are dumb, they would go straight into it, slowing themselves greatly).

When I was on my way to 3rd bridge, I've first cleared zombies in the area, fought through another wave that luckily came from side of main base, and tried to lead people to TNT using only depots. But it wasn't that easy - they just didn't listen at all. Solution was a bit weird though. I was raising number of people needed in one depot, then in next, and so on, until TNT.

Game's really good, for a flash RTS it's one of best I've played. Specific mechanic of people movement was annoying at first, but later it was fairly easy to steer them out of trouble. Still, destroying depot in the middle of chain, then destroying one with people, makes them stand in one spot until another depot is built, or zombie is close by. Make them always go to closest depot, and it will be ok ;P

If you ever release 2nd one, try to make wider selection of towers, also - sniper rifles are rare comparing to pistols, submachine guns or shotguns, so keep that in mind ;)

Well, in general, great game, towers aren't overpowered (beside a row of 3 snipers with 11 people + 2 upgrades on each), there's always need for one of resources (especially ammo, and later - people), and player is forced to think a lot.

Cracked

Looks like the previous reviewer just read the cracked article on Zombies. But otherwise I really enjoyed this game-just wish there were a couple more units to it, though that has been mentioned before. I can play this while fairly drunk so I guess that's what I enjoy too.
