Here is its eulogy, a collection of the kind words written about it while still among the living. They shall live on forever in its place.

This is an animation I made in 2008 after seeing a user post a game on the Madness Combat forums. I figured I'd make a sprite animation because I was inspired by them. This product was meant to go on for at least 50 kills, but I lost the .Fla document and I am going to have to remake it or import the .swf and manually edit the movie, frame-by-frame. This is an unfinished product but I feel it will be entertaining in some way. I am sorry for the abrupt ending and I hope you enjoy my wonderful, wonderful Commodore sprite animation of Bruce Lee.

The first part before "Slave (by the Evolutionaries)" starts playing contains music from an episode of Rocko's Modern Life. The episode with the jar of mayo. Sprites used from Bruce Lee for Commodore, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Chrono Trigger, Megaman 2, Splatterhouse, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time. Font is "Orange Kid." Those are all the references in this entire Flash.

Reviews

As you reviewed me, I thought I'd review you

This animation, in my opinion, is very good. Yes the Sprites look awful however you did mention they looked like Commodore 64 which it does so good job there. I thought the effects were well done like the blood splatters etc. Fluent animation good job mate. thanks for checking out my shitty little animation, you'res just rocks

meh

it was ok... it should've been longer. lol but i DID like the SplatterHouse tribute near the end. lmao.

Thank you :) If I had the ability to make it longer, I would of.

Not a K.O. from my point of view.

The music was nice, the animation was so-so, but I liked it. Some of the characters had stiff moves and such, so maybe this wasn't your best shot? Or was it because you wanted them to keep their pixel-character-from-the-80ies-style? Or maybe, just maybe, this isn't my thing :P

I got a bit disappointed by the ending, because I thought that the main character was going to go all epic rageface at the enemy, but mmk.

<deleted> responds:

you can only go so far with a bunch of sprites with less than 3 animations each. it's very limiting.

Smooth!

Not a big fan of sprites but this is very well done!
Keep it up, I like the kill count and the blood flying
everywhere! Make a 2nd

<deleted> responds:

will do. :)

Nice-ish

It was pretty good. if it wern't for the bad graphics and mismatched sprites (AKA, incredible differences in graphics) I would've given this top marks. Good work anyways.
